Owners Piers and Kate have lived at The Nodlings for 13 years, along with son Jack and Pip; the friendly terrier. They think its setting is pretty magical and still can’t believe their luck waking up there every day. The house is a visual mismatch of 16th century cottage (with original fireplace) and two extensions, thrown on in the 1960s. Two separate staircases divide the first floor spaces, meaning guests have their own staircase – just inside the front door, and leading off the shared hall – and their own private floor. Guests should not expect perfection, or a manicured garden but, rather, a warm and happy family home, with areas to share. We love meeting new folks and sharing our space, the land and its views. We look forward to welcoming you.
